Here are some of the most frequent questions I receive regarding our fitness coaching and 'The Foundations Fitness Programme'.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not! Every programme is designed for any individual at all fitness level, including beginners. We'll work together to progress from where you are. 

What does the start-up process look like?

The start-up process typically involves an initial consultation to understand your goals, followed by the creation of your personalised programme. 

How do I know what programme is for me?

During your consultation, we'll discuss your aspirations and current situation to recommend the most suitable programme for you. All programmes can be adapted to any fitness level and tailored to any goal. 

How quickly will I see results?

Results vary depending on individual commitment and physiological response, but clients typically start noticing positive changes within a few weeks. I cannot promise a specific time frame, but we can work together to make you feel confident and empowered. 

What if my programme isn't working?

We'll regularly review your progress. If something isn't working as expected, we'll adapt your programme together. If there is ever a problem, feel free to contact me. 

What happens in the consultation?

The consultation is a chance for us to connect, discuss your health and fitness goals, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. It's a foundational step to tailoring your journey. Additionally, you will be asked to complete a medical screening form and a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire to make sure you are safe to complete the programme designed for you.

What if I can't workout in a gym?

I can design a programme that can be adapted for home workouts or other preferred environments. Your convenience is key. 

What information do people need most to feel confident starting?

Feeling encouraged and supported is paramount. You'll be informed about every step, from enquiry to programme completion, and empowered to trust in the process and the services on offer.
