I became a fitness coach to inspire women to pursue their aspirations of working within the fitness industry or to empower them to start their wellness journey through online coaching or in-person sessions. I offer a range of services including online coaching with or without nutrition advice as well as in-person training. Each package is designed specifically to your fitness goals. 

 

Why G.P Fitness?

I can structure a programme around any goal or objective with a combination of fitness coaching and nutrition advice. Programmes are personalised and adjusted regularly to suit each individual's situation and current circumstance. (Disclaimer: I cannot work with individuals who have specific medical conditions. For aspiring athletes...

 

Having come from a sporting back ground, I can provide aspiring athletes with relevant training to enhance performance. I can help with individual aspects of athleticism such as strength, agility, cardiovascular fitness or joint stability. (Disclaimer: I cannot offer detail on specific sporting techniques)
